Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products: All products are custom printed on demand. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no return shipment required. Simply contact us at hello@urbanartisticthreads.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We'll offer either a free reprint or a full refund at your discretion.

Restocking Fee: In the rare case a return is accepted at our discretion, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
